Sally worked for over 20 years in the healthcare industry, forging a career as an intensive care and coronary care nurse. She has published work in the UK, and the US and shared guidance to support safe practice globally. After a period of clinical practice in the US she returned to the UK as a senior healthcare recruiter before re-joining the NHS. Sally moved away from the clinical side of healthcare to join the hospital’s corporate team, working as a project manager and leading on several strategic quality projects across multiple trusts. She has been part of award-winning teams gaining national recognition for innovative practice. As part of her development Sally gained a Lean Six Sigma qualification, she was the first Medtronic certified Lean Practitioner in the United Kingdom (accredited by Cardiff University). She has always been passionate about understanding and listening to teams in order to find workable solutions to improve quality and drive efficiencies. Sally joined Legacy IT Consultants Limited in 2016, bringing drive and clarity across the project portfolio.
